CSL Plasma Supv Lab Materials in Knoxville, Tennessee
Responsibilities:
• Under general direction, assists Procurement with departmental procedures, documentation and supplier compliance
• Enters data into SAP systems to maintain records and to track the status purchases and shipments
• Maintains records and follow-up files of purchases, shipments, returns of damaged items, and related matters
• Coordinates and maintains documentation for departmental training
• May provide additional administrative support to management
• Monitors and enforces compliance to the Global Sourcing and Procurement Policy
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical education
• 5+ years' relevant experience
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
